Jenilee Policarpio

Program Coordinator

Jenilee is a Filipina born in Agana Heights, Guam. She is the daughter of two health workers and grew up in various parts of Western Washington. With a background in working in local non-profits and grassroots organizations, Jenilee has worked with immigrant and refugee families across King County for the last 14 years. She spent a majority of those years focusing on South Seattle neighborhoods.

After witnessing the health disparities during a NAFCON medical mission to the Philippines in 2018, she was determined to continue advocating for health and wellness initiatives for Filipinos at home and abroad. She believes it is especially important to create and pass initiatives that are developed and led by communities most impacted by health disparities - namely working class immigrant and migrant populations.

Jenilee currently serves as a staff person for the National Alliance for Filipino Concerns and the Program Coordinator for the Filipino Community Health Board.
